The Yummy Yank brings authentic American desserts to the UK, baking such classics as rich chocolate brownies, our own All American Bars, luscious carrot cake and our amazing cake/cheesecake combinations that tower above the rest.

Yummy Yank products can be found at various farmers' markets, food festivals, retail outlets, and by private orders or catering.

I'm Lisa Gair, The Yummy Yank, an American living in the UK since 1997. Passionate about all things food, I've taken my passion for baking from a relaxing hobby to a full time profession.

The Yummy Yank is dedicated to the baking of American desserts, adding my own signature twists and turning old time favourites into 21st century classics.
