All created by Lisa, The Yummy Yank, we want to make every winter as delicious as possible.
They start from classic American recipes, then Lisa adds her own unique twist, bringing tradition and deliciousness into every single one.
Quality and flavour are of the utmost importance to us and never do we compromise on either. Enjoy every bite. We are confident you will be coming back for more.
Our brownies are BIG! They weigh between 120-160gms, with our chocolate chip cookie bar and pecan pie bar being on the lower end of that scale as they are not brownies. Each tray is cut into 20 pieces measuring approximately 70mm x 70mm x 25mm.
All brownies freeze, wrapped in foil, for 3 months and will stay perfect kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks, well wrapped, and out of the fridge, well wrapped, for up to 2 weeks.
N.B. Our products are made in a kitchen where there are traces of peanuts, nuts and sesame.

PEPPERMINT CANDY CANE BROWNIE
This Candy Cane brownie will bring out the kid in you. A take on our classic brownie, loaded with chopped peppermint candy canes, white chocolate and pure peppermint flavouring. Topped with chocolate ganache, more candy canes and drizzled with white chocolate.
EGGNOG CHEESECAKE BROWNIE
Truly a taste of America. Our classic brownie is topped with eggnog flavoured cheesecake and chocolate chips.

CRANBERRY, PISTACHIO BLONDIE
A brown sugar and butter based blondie, loaded with cranberries, pistachios, white chocolate and orange. Topped with orange glaze, more cranberries and pistachios.
GINGER OVERLOAD BROWNIE
Our classic brownie is loaded with ginger cookies, chopped crystalized ginger and pure ginger flavouring. It's topped with a gingerbread glaze and crushed ginger cookies.
COCONUT SNOWBALL BROWNIE
This is a classic winter treat in the States. Our classic brownie is loaded with marshmallow fluff, coconut, white chocolate and pure coconut flavouring. It's then topped with more marshmallow fluff and coconut. These just make your tastebuds go wow!
SPICED ORANGE CARAMEL BROWNIE
The winter screams spices and orange and gorgeousness. Our classic brownie is filled with spiced caramel, orange preserve, white chocolate and a pure spiced orange flavour. It's topped with more spiced caramel, orange pieces and drizzled with white chocolate. A true flavour sensation.

This is Lisa's version of a Christmas/holiday season fruit cake, but it's not a cake - it's an icebox loaf! No raisins either - just the fruits Lisa likes and hazelnuts. Pure deliciousness, you won't be disappointed.

Looking for an alternative to a traditional celebration cake? Why not try one of our new Brownie Slabs? Choose any flavour of our brownies and bars and receive a slab measuring 9" x 5.5" x 1" (23cm x 14cm x 2.5cm) all edged in a gorgeous chocolate ganache. Slab includes a personalised cake topper.
