I was also thrilled to be featured in Yorkshire Life Magazine. Yorkshire is my adopted home and I was so proud and honoured for them to recognise me and The Yummy Yank and to accept me as one of their own.

The Yummy Yank has also been featured in Sainsbury’s Magazine and then again in Baked Magazine, also published by Sainsbury’s. They followed my journey from the start of my business to the growth we have achieved over the years. It was such fun spending an entire day with their photographer, baking, delivering, even setting up a market stall. Never did I dream that my passion would end up being covered in a national magazine-twice!
