The Yummy Yank now has her own YouTube channel! Please subscribe.

Lisa will be sharing and making favourite recipes, which she hopes you will make, share, enjoy and let us know what you think.

The first video (in 3 parts) is now up and Lisa is baking her all-time favourite cake - an American Sour Cream Coffee Cake. You won't want to miss this!

No compromise on quality

One of the things that sets The Yummy Yank apart from other bakers is the size of our brownies/desserts and the quality in every single bake. It is the single most important aspect in our desserts. Full stop!

Quality defines us. It reflects my background, upbringing and culture. I have never, from the very birth of The Yummy Yank and will never, with the continuing growth of The Yummy Yank, skimp on quality.

Website Launched

As my new website is done, the online shop is now live and my rebranding is complete, it's time to resume my blog which I started many years ago. I always enjoyed writing it, I don't know why I stopped really. Nonetheless, it's time to resume.

Over the last 10 years, The Yummy Yank has gone from strength to strength, growing in ways I never thought possible. I am both shocked, humbled and proud.

Clandestine Cake Club

As a result of media coverage that The Yummy Yank has received, I’ve been featured in many local and regional newspapers and magazines, as well as in several online publications. Sainsbury's

The Yummy Yank has also been featured in Sainsbury’s Magazine and then again in Baked Magazine, also published by Sainsbury’s. They followed my journey from the start of my business to the growth we have achieved over the years. It was such fun spending an entire day with their photographer, baking, delivering, even setting up a market stall. Never did I dream that my passion would end up being covered in a national magazine-twice!

Greg Mulholland MP

The Yummy Yank has been endorsed by our local MP, Greg Mulholland on several occasions. I was humbled to receive a congratulatory letter from him wishing me every success and offering support if ever needed. He also stopped over for a visit discussing Small Business Saturday and the involvement communities can have to support local businesses.
