As a result of media coverage that The Yummy Yank has received, I’ve been featured in many local and regional newspapers and magazines, as well as in several online publications. I can only say, this journey has been and continues to be such a humbling and enjoyable experience. Please join me for a thoroughly delicious ride! We have lots more exciting things to develop and I hope you are with us every step of the way. 
The Yummy Yank has also been featured in Sainsbury’s Magazine and then again in Baked Magazine, also published by Sainsbury’s. They followed my journey from the start of my business to the growth we have achieved over the years. It was such fun spending an entire day with their photographer, baking, delivering, even setting up a market stall. Never did I dream that my passion would end up being covered in a national magazine-twice!

The Yummy Yank has been endorsed by our local MP, Greg Mulholland on several occasions. I was humbled to receive a congratulatory letter from him wishing me every success and offering support if ever needed. He also stopped over for a visit discussing Small Business Saturday and the involvement communities can have to support local businesses.
