OK - we received a lot of very helpful and friendly advice after our first YouTube efforts. We even got to borrow some lights and a lav mic (that's a lavalier microphone to those in the know - and nothing to do with toilets!). 

It's not an actual recipe - far from it - but we wanted to put it up so that we can get some more comments, good or bad. And it makes us laugh every time we watch it! It's just over a minute long.
